Since 2019, Williams Planning and Property Pty Ltd (WPP Pty Ltd) has provided town planning and development advisory services to a range of private and public sector clients.  The majority of our projects and client base are situated in the Hunter and Central Coast Regions of NSW, however we are regularly involved in a range of projects across Metropolitan Sydney and Regional NSW.

The expertise of our senior staff ranges from smaller ‘infill’ projects, addressing the complexities that come with density and scale, through to larger scale mixed use, commercial and industrial developments, infrastructure projects such as hospitals  and strategic land use planning for both residential and employment related rezonings.

Our client base includes families and small scale developers, lager residential, commercial and industrial builders, registered clubs, retirement living providers, social and affordable housing providers, local government and State government agencies.  We tailor our service to meet a range of client briefs, objectives and budgets.

We regularly form part of multidisciplinary consulting teams to advise over the lifecycle of a project or development, from inception and due diligence, design development and feasibility, the approvals phase, through construction to practical completion.  Our expert planning advice and as a point of contact with government stakeholders typically becomes an integral part of navigating an often complex statutory approvals process and is highly valued by other team members and clients.
